Where To Send Your Shoes & Bags For Repair In KL/Selangor

This is a totally random post which I’ve been meaning to cover a long time ago because — let’s face it! — when you have a bag or pair of shoes that you love and/or cost a small fortune and it gets slightly damaged here, missing a zip there, torn a bit on the side, it doesn’t really make sense to toss it away when, deep down, you know that all it needs is some TLC and a little bit of repair work. But at the same time, you can’t just ask the uncle who sits in the corner pavement to do it for you for RM5 because he might just end up causing more harm than good.

Presenting the Professional Shoe Repair Shop located at LG22 of IPC (Ikano Power Centre) in Damansara Mutiara. IPC is the mall right beside Ikea Malaysia, opposite The Curve.

As their tagline goes, “No shoes or bags is (sic) beyond repair.” Laptop bag still good but zipper’s gone kaput? No problem. They can replace it for you and no one can even tell the difference. Expensive handbag’s lining got torn? No problem, they can replace it for you as if it were the original lining.

Of course, good workmanship takes time — for instance, a bag lining can take a month to replace — and costs a pretty penny. But if your bag or shoes are of a certain brand/price/quality and/or you love it to bits, it just might be worth the effort.
